Dr. Holley and his whole team at Creekside have been (and continue to be) very helpful with any questions that I have. Dr. Holley is a Master Craftsman as a surgeon. I asked for a natural look, I did not want to look as if I'd been in a wind tunnel; I have a natural look, I look refreshed. Dr. Holley has performed surgeries many times, but he understands that this is your first surgery of this type, he reassures and puts you at your ease. He too, will answer any questions and concerns you may have.

Staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Ashley was a great listener, patiently answered my questions and explained things well. Dr. Holley was excellent. Also, a great listener, I felt he spent ample time, more time than I expected, discussing my potential procedures and options. He was thorough in answering my questions and explaining the procedure and what to expect. I felt he did not over sell procedures. He did well in providing realistic expectations and the emotional ups and downs post surgery. I did not feel pressured in any way to chose him as my surgeon or to pursue more procedures than I felt were necessary. I made a follow up call and exchanged some emails with Ashley, which I felt were handled promptly and professionally. Great experience!
